    五、性狀：結晶品（三水）為無色透明結晶或白色結晶粉末，無水物為白色結晶性粗粉或塊狀，無臭，稍有醋樣氣味。結晶品相對密度1.45，在溫暖干燥的空氣中易風化，1g約溶于0.8mL水和19mL乙醇。無水品相對密度1.528，熔點324℃，吸濕性很強，1g約溶于2mL水中。
    六、用途：緩沖劑、調(diào)味劑、pH值調(diào)節(jié)劑、增香劑、呈味劑等。
    七、包裝：內(nèi)襯聚乙烯塑料袋，外套復合塑料編織袋包裝，每袋25kg。
